Refund and Returns Policy

At Pujiang Muzhi Knitting Co., Ltd., we take pride in the quality of our lingerie and hosiery products. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the order

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags (if applicable)

Note: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear, bodystockings, or any item that has been worn or used.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your item:

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions.

3. Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).

  • Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

  • We do not accept returns sent without prior approval.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

  • We do not offer cash refunds for orders paid via gift cards or store credit.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different size or style, please place a new order and return the original item if eligible.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of placement. After that, we begin processing and cannot make changes.

7. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Lingerie sets or stockings that have been worn

  • Bodystockings, panties, or any item that comes into direct contact with intimate areas

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Final sale or clearance items
